transcendence
We seek therapy for a number of reasons - at times due to a specific experience and at other times because we feel that there are patterns that we would like to address | change
Whatever the reason, the process of talking through our feelings and thoughts, in a safe, non-judgemental space, can, in itself, be healing and can propel or create change
You might feel lost in life, stuck, powerless, unable to function in the world without a mask, endlessly comparing yourself to those around you and never feeling or believing that you are enough or have enough
You may have experienced a loss, are unable to find a purpose in life; you may feel that you lack in confidence and self-esteem; believe that you need a crutch to help you through your day (whether that be smoking, drinking, shopping or any other activity which increases the loneliness and separateness that you may experience); you may perceive yourself as being stuck because of a trauma that you have lived through and are unable to move through; you may believe you are broken
All of these are human experiences and we can explore the feelings and thoughts that we create around them
It is possible to heal, to grow and to have each challenge in life become a step towards empowerment
You are not alone – healing through connection
It can seem that we have to manage everything on our own
By reaching out and through connection, we can move towards seeing ourselves, our experiences and our lives differently
I truly wish this for you and would be honoured to support you on your journey towards healing and becoming your own oracle
